Scattered from north to south
dotted like confetti
a night sky- rich as velvet
holds her children in her mouth
Sirius holds dominion
over Canopus and Rigil
and all others follow suit
-watching their brothers
to see who will obey
and who will revolt
But Mother sky holds her
children at safe distances
-apart
Bathing us with her aura
while sharing the constellation of
her heart

A testy family! I’m thankful mother night keeps distance between them. A very rich and unique vision of stars–like a mother cat and her litter! Thank you.

Yes, she keeps all the stars and planets separated then you get a rogue shooting having a game and whizzes throught the galaxyfor fun. Kids are naughty aren’t they?

I love the stars dotted like confetti! I had a little giggle at mother sky who holds her star children at safe distances. The gravity would inevitable pull them together and chaos would ensue.
