A life will be spent
getting from there to here
discerning the ‘now’ from the ‘then’
-testing bridges
that bear the weight of all our mistakes
and flounderings
And yet- as life oscillates
between foolishness and wisdom
from our Springs to our Winters
from birth to the grave….bridges hold….
moulded by our experiences

I do love it, and I think you are right… the bridges will hold.

Yes, such wisdom. And there are gaps we can have peace with never bridging again.

Such a comforting thought–bridges strong enough to bear our mistakes. Thank goodness they exist!

I like your thoughts of the texted bridges. Still best keep checking them periodically.

between foolishness and wisdom! That is the truth and I think my bridge must have extra supports!
