Let’s talk clouds today. Not your average cotton-candy-in-the sky, but rose-tinted ones that serenade us as we fly-carpet them from upturned lips to perfect laughter. Then, there are those dark clouds heavy-laden with pain, grief and sorrow that seem to find us on occasion. These clouds store our tears as they escort us from inky darkness into the light.
Circle back to cotton candy clouds-placed skywards to lift our heads, reminding us that eclipses never last and…. our wings can never die.

The circle is quite real, and beautifully expressed here. Thank you!

Sad but positive at the end. I always get so much satisfaction in watching clouds from my study window they really are quite playful and sometimes one seems to go the wrong way. That pleases me no end to see they have minds of their own!

A beautiful message. Life is made up of good and bad. Equally balanced.

Nature is the best when it comes to balance. And your poem, your selection of clouds, shows this in a wonderful way. Those thick clouds seem so heavy and terrible to breathe–and they are–but… the choking doesn’t last forever, and our will to sour is eternal.
Love this!

Ah, clouds can be loaded with all sorts; the good and the bad. But I love the hopeful ending, “our wings can never die.” because the clouds will either move on or dissolve into droplets. A brilliant capture on the nature of clouds!
