perishing – always decaying as impermanenceCarpe diem! Breaking free! Seizing the day!

I really enjoyed this it’s well done and title itself is catching as is repeating that word “impermenance” throughout your poem. Sadly, many things in life are short and ephemeral and you’ve captured this well along with longing for stability found in the prompt song. In your poem and the prompt song, I think stability is hard to find b/c as you say we have to siezr the moments we have b/c life passes too quickly. Thank you for participating!

Thanks Michael! I found the ghazal form allows me to emphasise things more. Take care in 2018! 🙂
